Primary Role: 

The Associate Director position is a management position in OEF Research.  The Associate Director is responsible for working with the Director of OEF Research to manage all aspects of OEFR strategy, budgeting, administration, and operations.  In addition, the Associate Director has direct responsibility over one or more substantive program areas and is responsible for developing impact-focused research projects in these areas that advance the OEFR mission and managing a team of 5-7 OEFR staff attached to these projects.
