These are a few links to pages OEF has found to be helpful in its projects and research.

Center for Systemic Peace: The Center researches the problem of political violence within global systems and does global systems analysis in issues related to the fundamental problems of violence in human relations and societal development. It focuses on the possibility of systemic management of all manner of societal conflicts. OEF uses CSP data to better understand the nexus of conflict and governance.
- Forum for a new World Governance: This think tank, based in France, discusses many of the same issues about global governance that OEF is currently considering. The Forum develops and distributes new ideas about global governance and has compiled a highly useful documentary database on the ideas brought to its attention.
- Fourth Freedom Forum: Franklin D. Roosevelt once stated that the world's citizens should have a 4th freedom, the freedom from fear of war and weapons, and achieving that goal is this foundation's goal. They work towards developing a more civilized world where the rule of law wins out over the rule of force, with a three-prong focus on denuclearization, counterterrorism, and smart sanctions and security.
- Global Peace Index: The GPI ranks 144 independent states for their relative levels of peace. it also gives useful definitions of the concepts of peace and the indicators of peace. It is part of the Institute for Economics and Peace, a new global
think tank researching the links
between economic development, business and peace.
