Kelsey Frandsen is the Project Assistant for the Shuraako program. Prior to joining OEF, Kelsey attended McGill University where she earned a degree in International Development Studies and Communication Studies. While attending McGill, Kelsey studied abroad at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Kelsey has experience working with international NGOs and developing policy and economic and educational empowerment programs. For the Shuraako team, Kelsey helps manage the client portfolio, conduct research, and oversee administrative and logistical work. She spends her free time travelling, skiing, hiking, and enjoying live music.
