Lam Huynh is the Associate Director for Impact, Learning, and Accountability at One Earth Future. He supports programs across the organization to enhance impact, learning and accountability. He brings experience and innovations in strengthening and institutionalizing systems that are continually monitored for their efficiency and relevance. He also oversees the documentation of lessons that inform on-going implementation and future programming. Mr. Huynh is committed to improving the capacity of staff, partners and program participants, which was his focus in previous positions. Prior to joining OEF he was based overseas, working with the U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID) in Senegal. While there, he supported bilateral and regional missions across the Sahel and West Africa. In addition, he worked with the Catholic Relief Services in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Haiti and Vietnam; and the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED) in Kenya, Somalia and Uganda. Along with his linguistic knowledge in English, French, Spanish and Vietnamese, Mr Huynh received his B.A. in International Relations from St. Edward’s University; and his M.A. in International Development from American University. Mr. Huynh is currently working on his Ph.D. in Research Methods and Statistics at the University of Denver.
