As Coordinator of Territorial Partnerships, Blanca supports the approach of PASO Colombia with key stakeholders at local and national level. These meetings allow the establishment of collaborative partnerships between our program and the interested entities (whether public, private or international organizations), to offer social and economic capital for developing projects. She also supports commercialization chains for productive projects developed by PASO Colombia.
Blanca is a social worker with a specialization in Social Management (Universidad Javeriana, Cali) and another in Public Administration (Universidad del Valle), as well as a License in Performing Arts (Universidad del Valle). She has over 20 years of experience in direction, coordination and advisory roles regarding interventions with urban and rural communities in the department of Valle del Cauca. Experience promoting local development, inter-institutional articulation, public-private alliances with diverse actors, and the implementation of social policies with vulnerable populations.
