Rural Alternative School (ERA) Coordinator

Cesar is the coordinator for the Rural Alternative Schools (ERA) developed by PASO Colombia. César establishes and strategically guides the productive projects of each ERA. He offers solutions to organizational conflicts and creates value chains for new entrepreneurships by establishing inter-institutional connections and inside the communities. As a coordinator he supports networks between institutions, businesspeople and farmers, with the purpose of achieving fair trade for environmentally friendly agricultural products.

Cesar is an Economist from Universidad del Valle and has a technical degree in Agricultural Production from the National Learning Service (SENA). He earned a master’s degree in Political Science and Economic Development from Universidad de los Andes and holds the title of Specialist in International Business -focusing on International Logistics- from Universidad Libre. He has vast experience managing agricultural and forestry projects both in the public and private sector as well as for NGOs.
