Somaliland Private Sector Poised for Growth

The three-day event organized activities according to finance, strategy, and governance, incorporated Shuraako's findings from its 2016 report on Somali diaspora investment, and culminated in an opportunity for Somaliland entrepreneurs to pitch their businesses to investors. Also at the forum, Shuraako announced the Powering Progress Fund which seeks to create positive economic impact through investments in renewable energy technology.
