As One Earth Future's HR Recruiter, Kelley is passionate about identifying exceptional, values driven professionals who want to help OEF create a future without war. Prior to joining OEF, Kelley worked in the fields of disaster response, volunteer management, refugee services, and human services recruitment before making Colorado her home. Kelley brings values driven recruitment experience as well as international experience to OEF and recently spent a year traveling through 19 countries. In addition to her work with OEF, she is pursuing her Master's in Nonprofit Leadership focused on Mission Driven Operations at the University of Denver.
