OEF and Community Celebrate International Day of Peace

Co peace day 2017

OEF joined its Colorado community at the Posner Center for International Development on September 21 to celebrate International Day of Peace, with an event co-hosted by United Nations Association of Denver and OEF program Our Secure Future.

Governor Hickenlooper provided a welcome letter and proclamation of Colorado’s recognition of the day. Our Secure Future’s director Sahana Dharmapuri participated on a panel discussing gender roles in peacebuilding.  Learn more.
