Anisa Salat is a Compliance & Risk Manager Legal Mogadishu -One Earth Future. Prior to joining One Earth Future, Anisa attended Bryn Mawr College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in urban planning with a concentration in community and economic development. Anisa holds a certificate in business and commercial lending from the American Bankers Association. She brings valuable experience in loan processing and community engagement through her various academic field work and internships, including her work with the African Development Center and the Global Somali Diaspora organization. Anisa is fluent in Somali, Swahili and English. At Shuraako, Anisa is primarily responsible for assembling, analyzing, and evaluating the creditworthiness of loans sourced by the team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, writing and having quality conversations.
