As CEO for Business Partners International Africa, Mark Paper is responsible for the expansion of the successful Business Partners International model into other parts of Africa. He has raised and established funds in Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Namibia, Rwanda, and Zambia and more recently set up the permanent investment company in East Africa with new offices being established in Uganda. Mr. Paper’s leadership in this expansion initiative was characterized by a deep understanding and appreciation of local markets and a passion for fostering entrepreneurship in Africa. His efforts facilitated access to funding for countless African businesses and created employment opportunities and stimulated economic growth across the continent. Mr. Paper is also a member of the Business Partners International board and of several of its in-country subsidiaries, as well as the Business Partners Limited Executive Management team
Mr. Paper seeks to build sustainable businesses—whether that means growing Business Partners International’s footprint in other parts of Africa or being a part of growing client businesses.
