As CEO for Business Partners International Africa, Mark Paper was responsible for the expansion of the successful Business Partners International model into other parts of Africa. He has raised and established funds in Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Namibia, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia and more recently set up the permanent investment company consolidating the operations of these countries. Mark’s leadership in this expansion initiative was characterized by a deep understanding and appreciation of local markets and a passion for fostering entrepreneurship in Africa. His efforts have facilitated access to funding for countless African businesses and created employment opportunities and stimulated economic growth across the continent.
