In April 2023, ONN's research assistant Elin Bergner joined the Non-Resident Fellow network maintained by the University of Vienna Department of East Asian Studies (European Centre for North Korean Studies). Part of the European Centre for North Korean Studies' broader mission is to support collaboration within the North Korean Studies community.
